Which activities make you lose track of time?

For me running is the ultimate exercise. I’m a decent sprinter but far more enjoy distance running, particularly through nice scenery.

If I just want to lose myself and destress I will listen to music as I run and the miles and minutes just melt away. Other times I will use the time to think about stuff or make up stories.

Running is a great way to get and stay fit, body and mind.
