How do you practice self-care?
Im not good at self care. Probably why I’m currently sitting up at 3 in the morning having been wide awake for almost an hour.
I often feel listless, or have no energy or drive or direction. I have plans but they sometimes feel overwhelming and so I don’t even get started. Im bad at peopling and don’t have any close friends (except my cat).
There is some good though. I eat pretty well, have a good stable home life and am in good physical health. I run for relaxation and mental health and do work at getting small wins by accomplishing some stuff.
Yeah, just my response about self care as I sit here at 3 in the morning, unable to get back to sleep.
